    DISPATCH FEE: $150 (One-time)

    LABOR RATE: $150 / HR 2-Hour Minimum Labor.

  • STATUS: Nights (5PM+) & Weekends

    SCOPE: Immediate deployment for operational hazards.

    DISPATCH FEE: $150 (One-time)

    LABOR RATE: $225 / HR (1.5x) 2-Hour Minimum Labor.

  • STATUS: Holidays & Major Catastrophes

    SCOPE: Top-priority mitigation for severe liability risks.

    DISPATCH FEE: $150 (One-time)

    LABOR RATE: $300 / HR (2.0x) 2-Hour Minimum Labor.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

1. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAILURE

Scope: Critical power restoration and hazard isolation. We deploy immediately for main panel failures, exposed high-voltage wiring, and complete site blackouts.

Action: Fault tracing, circuit isolation, and temporary bypass power to get critical systems back online or safe for operation.

2. PERIMETER BREACH & BOARD-UP

Scope: Physical security compromise due to break-ins, vehicle impact, or vandalism.

Action: Immediate structural securing of shattered storefronts, compromised doors, and broken access gates. We install heavy-duty plywood barriers and temporary fencing to lock down the site until permanent glass/door fabrication is complete.

3. STORM & FLOOD MITIGATION

Scope: Water intrusion, roof leaks, and storm debris threatening interior assets.

Action: Rapid water extraction, debris removal, and deployment of industrial dehumidifiers. We install emergency tarps and diversion barriers to stop the bleeding and prevent secondary mold growth or inventory loss.
